Returns & Refund Policy


You can usually tell a lot about a merchant by their returns policy. This one is hopefully a reflection of our fairness and character as an online seller.

We stand behind the products we sell. If you purchased something from us, received it, and want to return it, please tell us immediately. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer. And if you're not satisfied, then we want to do everything reasonably within our power to make it right.

If you want to return something:
  • Please contact us right away via email at: [email protected]. Given the perishable nature of our products, we ask that you contact us immediately but no later than a week after receiving your goods.
  • In your email, describe the problem to us with enough detail so we can understand what the issue is and how we can remedy it.
  • We will take appropriate action to replace/exchange/refund or whatever is fair to remedy the situation.
  • Returns and exchanges may be subject to a restocking fee.
